The assignment of qualified human resources with the right qualifications to a task, the provision, organisation and management of the human resources needed at a given moment in time is a priority in many areas. The resources that can be deployed at any given time are always based on a predictable service planning. In the context of the relevant legislation and regulations, coordinating and managing the on-call work of law enforcement, disaster management and life safety agencies is not a simple task. In assigning human resources to the task to be performed, several criteria must be met at the same time, the fulfilment of which essentially determines the range of persons who can be assigned to the task.
To address this complex management problem, Geoview Systems is developing an Integrated Human Resource Management System, which will enable the implementation of all tasks related to the scheduling of employees' working time in a single IT environment: planning, administration, documentation, while taking into account the current rules at the jurisdictional and organisational level.
The Integrated Electronic Human Resources Management and Control System created during the development is a unique solution both in the domestic and international market, because it creates a new, electronically supported methodological framework for human resources management in the potential user areas, even in the case of rapidly changing conditions.
