    The customer can find out about the activities of the Guardianship Office, the types of cases that fall under the guardianship authority, through the browser.

    The client can search for the case description and data sheet for a given type of case via the Internet, then fill it in and return it electronically to the system

    The system automatically receives the data and materials received and integrates them into the care case menus 

    Monitoring changes in cases, following up on cases, whether they are ex officio proceedings or client referrals 

 

Customer access to the Internet and support for the Office's internal workflows is provided by the two-tier application logic, as in other systems. The system logic is based on a back-end system in the service centre to support case management functions and a publishing server or case management portal to provide web access, based on a database built in the back-end system.
